My Approach to Helping
I am a clinical psychologist at Psychology Beverly Hills, a mental health practice offering in person and online video therapy to the greater Los Angeles community. I earned my doctoral degree from Pepperdine University and have completed clinical rotations at academic intuitions such as Cedars Sinai Medical Center, USC and UCLA. My therapeutic approach and specialty is grounded in Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT), an integrative form of psychotherapy that uses aspects of psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other schools of thought to help improve emotional regulation and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Services I offer are designed to help you gain a stronger sense of self, enhance your emotional life, and develop more intimate and gratifying relationships to successfully pursue your life goals with new perspective and practical tools. I am committed to providing the highest quality of care by using evidence-based practices that are up to date with the latest psychology research and treatment models. My approach is personalized and collaborative and I take pride in being compassionate, genuine, caring, honest, and direct with every client.
