My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is collaborative and is built on the relationship I have with my client. I strive to help my clients build skills for a more 'effective' life and create a deeper understanding and compassion for themselves. My background is in trauma treatment for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. My passions are with the challenges faced by people with emotional, intellectual, and physical differences.

More Info About My Practice

I take most insurances including one medicaid insurance, United Health Care. And for those who don't have insurance, I work at a free clinic in Olympia.
