My Approach to Helping
I understand life can be overwhelming and a lot to face on your own. The goal of my work is to assist you in better understanding aspects of yourself in a safe and supportive environment. I have over 13 years of experience in therapy. I specialized in anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I have training in a number of evidence-based approaches to therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
