My Approach to Helping
~ A gentle approach to healing ~ I have been described as a kind, respectful listener, easy to talk with. This is perhaps because I don’t hide my imperfections. Trust unfolds when there is no judgement, only a willingness to be with another persons story . I don’t claim to have all the answers. Through conversation you will discover what you need or how to navigate toward a path that serves you. I will support you.
For those who carry stressful memories of the past, or current unresolved circumstances, you are not alone. Your situation is unique; yet, most emotions are universal. To share personal concerns takes courage. Your words will be held in confidence.
