My Approach to Helping
I’m passionate about walking with you on your journey to healing!
My approach is psychodynamic-relational, which means that I’m interested in how your past influences your present, and that I see our relationship as a collaboration. I also draw on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to support you as required.

We'll focus on developing your insight and self-awareness so you can see and relate to yourself and your place in the world differently, and more authentically.
