My Approach to Helping

I know that people are complex creatures who lead complicated lives. I use integral psychotherapy, which blends several different approaches to help you get complete and holistic help that respects your development. I consider your physical, psychological, and spiritual selves, as well as the ways in which your environment and culture affect your world and life.
