My Approach to Helping
We all experience things that can be difficult to talk about - loss, trauma, illness, and shame - things that have happened to us and/or things that we don’t like about ourselves. I specialize in approaching those things that can be hard to approach. My goal as a therapist is to offer a non-judgemental and safe space to explore those areas of your life so that you can feel less alone and feel better. We will recognize and build on the strengths that you already have while developing new strategies to help you move forward.
I believe no single therapeutic approach works for everyone. I offer a range of therapeutic strategies to support you in your healing and growth. We will collaborate on an individualized approach that is tailored to your needs and goals. Through our work together we will identify how you can be your best self in the present moment and the future.
