About Our Center

Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee among the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Focus uses adventure therapy, equestrian therapy, music therapy, art therapy, and other specific evidence-based clinical treatment modalities to treat eating disorders and substance use. Our comprehensive and holistic approach honors each person\'s unique life experiences and seeks to softly reconnect every individual mind, body, and soul. Our experienced & multidisciplinary staff is comprised of doctors, therapists, dietitians, nurses, and support staff. Many of us are walking our own path of recovery. We share a passion and dedication to providing thoughtful and meaningful care to every individual, as well as his or her loved ones. The cozy, home-like environment at Focus provides a place of healing, and our ultimate goal is to prepare and empower each person to move forward with a healthy, productive, joy-filled life.
