My Approach to Helping
I believe that seeking therapy takes strength and courage and I'm glad you're reading more about finding relief. Maybe you're feeling stuck in old patterns, or maybe you're ready to enjoy your relationship again rather than feel discouraged by it. Maybe you're tired of feeling distress, resentment, hurt, or disappointment. Therapy with me can help.
My practice specializes in helping couples, adult individuals, adolescents, and families achieve positive emotional connection. My team of diverse, experienced therapists helps couples communicate more effectively, resolve conflict without malice, trust each other again, and reestablish intimacy and trust. We help individuals learn from their past relationships, appreciate their worth, and minimize the voices of self-doubt and self-criticism. We help families restore respect, boundaries, and healthy communication.
Let's work together to build stronger relationships--the ones that you've been searching for.

Each therapist in my practice has offers different backgrounds in mental health, but we all share a similar philosophy of therapy. Sessions are available daytime and evenings Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday during the day.
Therapy fees are based on session length, not number of people in the room, and are payable by major credit card. Insurance is not accepted as a form of payment, however we can help you to submit for out-of-network reimbursement if your insurance policy allows.
My Role as a Therapist
I view my role as a therapist to be an active collaborator towards positive growth and lasting results. I will help you see the patterns that keep you feeling stuck and together we use new insights and skills to "do" relationships differently. I often use gentle humor to highlight areas for change, metaphors to creatively think about problems in new ways, and books to deepen understanding of the issues facing you in your relationships.
I believe in the power of therapy to create lasting change for patterns and dynamics otherwise difficult to change alone. The counseling relationship built between you and me is the most important ingredient for success. I work carefully to create an environment that is safe, empathetic, and productive. I will be honest with you and care deeply about your goals.
