My Approach to Helping
When our relationships are not working, it is hard to be happy. Each day that our relationships are not working, our individual happiness is in jeopardy. We have so many relationships: with family members, friends, and co-workers. Relationships can bring about so much happiness when they are working and potentially so much pain and destruction when they are not. When struggling in these relationships, we may suffer in numerous ways. For some, the stress results in physical symptoms of anxiety, anger, or depression. For others, it is difficult to concentrate or even stop their mind from thinking about the situation.
Each of us wants the negative feelings to go away and to regain the joy we once had in your relationships. We all deserve to feel a sense of harmony in our family life, enjoyment in our friendships, and good relationships with co-workers and acquaintances.
We often suggest therapy to others who are hurting, but often resist it for ourselves. Making the choice to seek therapy as a way of making positive changes in your life is an act of strength. Your sense of happiness in your life and in your relationships important.
Take this opportunity to reach out and see if some short-term therapy might be right for you. Call me to see if we can work together to bring greater happiness and fulfillment into your life and your relationships.
I look forward to meeting you!
